In order to add a new subscriber to an email list, you have to make sure you have obtained the email address in one of the OK or permissible ways, such as, this person is a customer who purchased a product from me recently. If email addresses have been obtained from a third party, for exmple, that falls into the NOT OK category, and you cannot add these emails to your list.
All emails set up by w3sights have links to view the email in a web browser for anyone who is having trouble seeing the email with their email software. Also, all emails have the capability for the recipient to unsubscribe and hence be removed from the email list and no longer receive emails.
